Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
- Experience using Salesforce Lightning.
- Familiarity with Google Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Capability to think critically and solve complex print and design problems on the fly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for live interactions.
- Ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.
- Must reside in one of the approved US states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats with empathy and accuracy.
- Act as primary expert for live phone support to guide customers through order replacements.
- Review and triage incoming requests to determine issue root causes.
- Open and navigate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to diagnose print issues and perform minor edits.
- Document technical data and trends within Salesforce.
- Prepare replacement order requests for the processing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Print Quality team to align on best practices.
