Job Details

LCSW in Oregon is required.
Must be located in Oregon for this role.
Licensed mental health professional required.
Previous people management experience (managed >5 full-time equivalents).
Experience in conducting group treatment.
Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults.
Experienced in a variety of modalities (DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, and MI).
Flexible schedule to prioritize the needs of our clients (11:00 am - 8:00 pm PST, Monday-Friday, plus occasional Saturdays).
Reliable WIFI connection.
Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/outcomes survey software.

Conduct routine audits of all team members to ensure care is delivered in accordance with Charlie Health best practices.
Manage team of ~15 Group Facilitators including scheduling 1:1 meetings, facilitating group supervision and treatment team sessions, and responding to asynchronous communication.
Collaborate closely with partner departments like Care Strategy and Care Delivery.
Monitor team client satisfaction and audit scores and provide feedback.
Review groups data to inform strategic decision making about team performance and group dynamics.
Work closely with Clinician Experience to ensure that all Group Facilitators have access to world-class training and education resources.
Facilitate groups weekly and complete documentation within 24 hours.
Participate in routine leadership meetings and contribute to strategic decision making.
Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries, confidentiality and consistent commitment to best practice.
