Requirements

  • LCSW in Oregon is required.
  • Must be located in Oregon for this role.
  • Licensed mental health professional required.
  • Previous people management experience (managed >5 full-time equivalents).
  • Experience in conducting group treatment.
  • Experience working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults.
  • Experienced in a variety of modalities (DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, and MI).
  • Flexible schedule to prioritize the needs of our clients (11:00 am - 8:00 pm PST, Monday-Friday, plus occasional Saturdays).
  • Reliable WIFI connection.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) and EMR/outcomes survey software.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine audits of all team members to ensure care is delivered in accordance with Charlie Health best practices.
  • Manage team of ~15 Group Facilitators including scheduling 1:1 meetings, facilitating group supervision and treatment team sessions, and responding to asynchronous communication.
  • Collaborate closely with partner departments like Care Strategy and Care Delivery.
  • Monitor team client satisfaction and audit scores and provide feedback.
  • Review groups data to inform strategic decision making about team performance and group dynamics.
  • Work closely with Clinician Experience to ensure that all Group Facilitators have access to world-class training and education resources.
  • Facilitate groups weekly and complete documentation within 24 hours.
  • Participate in routine leadership meetings and contribute to strategic decision making.
  • Maintain and model professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries, confidentiality and consistent commitment to best practice.
