Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or in a similar product-focused role.
- Experience working in B2B and/or B2C software environments, preferably within fintech or SaaS industries.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, requirements gathering, project management principles, and Agile frameworks.
- Experience creating user stories, process diagrams, wireframes, mockups, and functional specifications using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, and Figma.
- Working knowledge of SQL, with basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience supporting API integrations and collaborating with technical teams on complex software implementations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business analysis to support the development and enhancement of digital products and fintech solutions.
- Gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and product requirements from stakeholders, clients, and focus groups.
- Develop comprehensive user stories, use cases, functional specifications, process flows, and technical documentation.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate with development, product, sales, operations, and engineering teams to ensure successful product delivery and feature implementation.
- Support third-party API and SDK integrations by coordinating with technical teams and assisting throughout implementation.
- Participate in solution testing, troubleshooting, product launches, and post-deployment monitoring to ensure high-quality releases.
- Prepare integration guides, user manuals, training materials, and knowledge-sharing documentation while delivering product demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.
