Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production applications.
- Proven experience delivering user-facing products from concept to launch.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Vue or React, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience designing and developing full-stack applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and maintainable code architecture.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A strong ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive projects from idea through production.
- Product-oriented mindset with a focus on creating solutions that deliver measurable user value.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack applications powered by AI technologies and modern software development practices.
- Develop scalable workflows and user experiences that address real customer needs.
- Collaborate directly with enterprise customers and product teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Extend platform capabilities and improve frontend experiences through thoughtful UI/UX implementation.
- Work with platform and research teams to integrate AI capabilities into production environments.
- Write clean, efficient, tested, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
- Take ownership of features from initial concept through development, deployment, and iteration.
- Contribute to technical decisions and help shape product improvements in a fast-paced environment.
