Requirements
- 6–8+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in data platform engineering, backend systems, and front-end application development.
- Proven experience designing rapid experiments, scaling successful solutions, and evolving large-scale distributed platforms.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, infrastructure design, and engineering best practices.
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers across different levels of technical expertise.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to navigate ambiguity and work through rapid iteration cycles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in small, agile teams, preferably within startup environments.
- Ability to influence cross-functional partners, including Product, Analytics, Operations, and senior business stakeholders.
- Passion for leveraging AI, automation, and modern engineering practices to improve business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own key business outcomes in partnership with Product, Design, Analytics, and operational stakeholders.
- Lead the development and evolution of customer-facing and internal platforms that enable critical business decisions.
- Define and improve technical architecture to enhance scalability, reliability, availability, and data accuracy.
- Drive engineering strategy and technology decisions that support long-term platform growth and sustainable infrastructure investments.
- Build highly scalable data platforms, intuitive user experiences, and reliable workflow automation solutions.
- Lead technical implementation of automation initiatives, AI-enabled development practices, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery through code reviews, engineering standards, and technical oversight.
- Mentor engineers, develop technical leadership capabilities within the team, and foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
