Requirements

- Strong proficiency with WordPress; experience with Elementor is preferred.
- Experience managing projects, timelines, and client deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply to clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and building trusted relationships.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
- Knowledge of common internet technologies and confidence learning new software platforms.
- Experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the onboarding journey, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Manage multiple concurrent onboarding projects, coordinating timelines, priorities, and deliverables through completion.
- Work with new customers to understand their objectives, preferences, and business needs when launching websites and additional services.
- Guide clients through the setup and adoption of digital marketing solutions, ensuring they understand available features and capabilities.
- Update and customize customer websites using WordPress and Elementor-based tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and meet client expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and maximize the value of products and services.
- Provide clear communication, timely updates, and proactive solutions throughout the onboarding process.
