Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience with a track record of on-time and on-budget delivery.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience on Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.
- Proven experience working with Azure DevOps.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary team collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Advanced English level for working with US clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Keep delivery teams aligned to project objectives and deadlines, fostering a collaborative and synchronized way of working.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining open, transparent communication.
- Identify project risks early, implement mitigation plans, and resolve blockers.
- Own project quality standards and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.
- Allocate tasks across the team based on capacity and skill set.
- Organize and facilitate sprints and contribute to solutioning discussions.
- Prepare progress reports, status updates, and documentation for stakeholders.
