Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, and Intune.
- Proven administrative experience with Google Workspace.
- Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, VPNs, DNS, and firewall technologies.
- Experience administering Microsoft Azure or other cloud infrastructure platforms.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles like MFA, Conditional Access, EDR/XDR, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Hands-on experience with RMM platforms, PSA tools, and modern MSP technology stacks.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring junior technical team members.
- Ability to work independently as a senior technical resource during USA business hours.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Tier 3 escalation point for complex technical issues that cannot be resolved by Level 1 or Level 2 engineers.
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Google Workspace.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity solutions including endpoint protection, MFA, Conditional Access, EDR/XDR, and server hardening.
- Configure and support networking infrastructure including switching, routing, wireless networks, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, and firewalls.
- Maintain cloud infrastructure and support hybrid environments across Microsoft Azure.
- Deliver infrastructure, migration, cloud, and security projects according to scope and documentation standards.
- Mentor and coach Level 1 and 2 engineers during escalations and training sessions.
- Participate in the shared weekend on-call roster.
