Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of relevant experience (or Associate's/9 years, or High School/11 years).
- PMP, CSM/PSM, or equivalent project/product management certification.
- Experience managing infrastructure, security, or IT operations projects such as cloud migration or identity/access management.
- Familiarity with enterprise stacks including Linux/Windows server, Oracle databases, Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AWS serverless services.
- Proven ability to build and maintain roadmaps and manage a multi-project portfolio.
- Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing constraints.
- Experience reviewing technical resumes and assessing candidate qualifications in partnership with technical leads.
- Experience contributing to cost proposals, estimates, and statements of work.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience managing client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 15 active and planned infrastructure, security, and application initiatives.
- Develop and maintain product/project roadmaps, prioritizing work based on ROI, risk, and stakeholder input.
- Direct 3-4 concurrent projects with competing timelines, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Partner with technical leads to assess candidate qualifications for infrastructure, security, and engineering roles.
- Translate client priorities into actionable project plans and staffing models.
- Contribute to business development by shaping cost proposals, estimates, and statements of work.
- Coordinate with client leadership to manage cross-portfolio impacts and ensure alignment.
