Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Three or more years of experience working in a corporate/business development role.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent task orders or delivery orders within a federal contracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, project lifecycle management, risk management, quality management, and performance measurement.
- Experience with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Gantt charts, and project schedules.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or NextStage.
- Experience reviewing corporate collateral and developing executive dashboards, performance metrics, data visualizations, and customer reports.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, administrative and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for corporate development between DMS, its customers and partners.
- Oversee responses to task/delivery orders, ensuring responses are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Establish and lead cross-functional teams tailored for responses to task or delivery orders, promoting collaboration, resource sharing and continuous improvement.
- Apply project management methodologies to improve efficiency and coordination among competing schedules and delivery dates.
- Coordinate access to client-provided systems and/or portals where applicable.
- Respond proactively to evolving customer priorities, emerging requirements, and operational challenges.
