Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Three or more years of experience working in a corporate/business development role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent task orders or delivery orders within a federal contracting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, project lifecycle management, risk management, quality management, and performance measurement.
  • Experience with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Gantt charts, and project schedules.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or NextStage.
  • Experience reviewing corporate collateral and developing executive dashboards, performance metrics, data visualizations, and customer reports.
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, administrative and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for corporate development between DMS, its customers and partners.
  • Oversee responses to task/delivery orders, ensuring responses are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Establish and lead cross-functional teams tailored for responses to task or delivery orders, promoting collaboration, resource sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Apply project management methodologies to improve efficiency and coordination among competing schedules and delivery dates.
  • Coordinate access to client-provided systems and/or portals where applicable.
  • Respond proactively to evolving customer priorities, emerging requirements, and operational challenges.
