Requirements

2+ years in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a role involving business strategy & operations in a fast-paced environment
Experience presenting to or partnering with C-suite stakeholders
Strong analytical fluency with ability to synthesize data and provide actionable insights
Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Demonstrated ability to own outcomes end-to-end with limited oversight
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building structure where none exists
Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of enterprise service professional partners as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor
Own both retention and revenue growth across your portfolio
Build trusted, durable relationships with partner leadership - VPs, C-suite executives, and owners
Lead regular executive business reviews that deliver meaningful performance insight, strategic recommendations, and a clear point of view
Conduct ongoing discovery to understand each partner's business evolution, competitive pressures, and growth priorities
Serve as the primary escalation point for partner issues, driving cross-functional resolution
Collaborate with partners on marketing strategies and platform investments tied to growth goals
Analyze partner performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Translate complex data into clear narratives and action plans
Negotiate contracts and agreements to create mutual value
