Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, healthcare sales support, education program support, or related client-facing roles.
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships, renewals, relicensing activities, contracts, or recurring revenue accounts.
  • Demonstrated consultative relationship management, presentation, facilitation, and strategic account planning skills.
  • Ability to analyze account activity, utilization trends, operational metrics, and customer data.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Contracts, Product, Technical Support, Implementation, and Operations teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • Comfortable engaging faculty, administrators, executive leaders, and diverse customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% overnight for meetings, conferences, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of Education Program accounts, serving as the primary relationship manager for executive sponsors, academic leaders, faculty, and operational stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand licensed MCG solutions across departments and institutions.
  • Manage renewals, relicensing activities, and customer agreements to support long-term success.
  • Monitor customer engagement, utilization trends, and adoption metrics to identify opportunities and mitigate retention risks.
  • Conduct regular customer business reviews and account planning sessions.
  • Coordinate onboarding, implementation, training, and workflow optimization support.
  • Deliver product education and training to support evidence-based practice and curriculum integration.
  • Partner with cross-functional internal teams including Sales, Product, Technical Support, and Finance to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  • Mentor less experienced account team members while operating in a remote environment.
