Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience in finance and accounting, spanning both FP&A and controllership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience with multi-entity, regional, or decentralized environments, ideally in a PE-backed or acquisitive setting.
- Strong proficiency in GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and cash flow/working-capital management.
- Ability to work in ERP-level, multi-entity environments and build processes across systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor finance staff and influence senior operators.
- CPA or CMA preferred.
- Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.
- Experience with percentage-of-completion / job-costing is a plus.
- Ability to travel approximately 20–25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the finance partner to the Regional President by monitoring performance, driving margin and EBITDA expansion, and turning analysis into business decisions.
- Own budgeting, reforecasting, variance analysis, and flash reporting on revenue and Adjusted EBITDA across the region.
- Oversee monthly close for partner companies (GAAP), including the transition from cash to accrual accounting.
- Own cash flow forecasting and working capital management across the region.
- Lead ERP implementation and system integrations to standardize processes across companies.
- Maintain internal controls and compliance, supporting integration and audits with the HoldCo finance team.
