Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8 years of work-related experience.
- Strong communication skills via face-to-face, conference calls, and written correspondence.
- Self-starter mentality with informed decision-making ability.
- Solutions-oriented, execution-focused, and efficiency-driven mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Microsoft Office literacy.
- Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary face to the client throughout the implementation process.
- Conduct impact analysis to determine requirements for successful implementation.
- Document requirements and obtain client approval before initiating builds.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and open items logs.
- Coordinate across functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks for go-live.
- Monitor progress through weekly status reports.
- Assist with escalated client, member, and project issues.
- Provide go-live support and facilitate post-implementation reviews.
- Mentor team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
