Requirements
- Current licensed therapist or professional counselor with an independent, unrestricted license.
- 3+ years of direct therapy experience.
- Experience completing quality chart reviews or audits for healthcare organizations.
- Experience coaching or training other clinicians on clinical documentation standards.
- Proficiency in evaluating AI-assisted review tools and providing structured feedback.
- Expert communication and education skills for conveying information to diverse groups.
- Ability to provide supportive, non-punitive feedback.
- Comfort adapting to evolving healthcare technology platforms and workflows.
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Review clinical documentation, including initial assessments and progress notes, to identify gaps in standards of care.
- Evaluate clinical decision-making and the use of evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Perform quality-assessment tasks such as calibration exercises and inter-rater reliability rounds.
- Provide live or asynchronous 1:1 remediation support to clinicians to improve documentation quality.
- Complete all work within company systems while adhering to HIPAA and privacy requirements.
