Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
- 8+ years of clinical practice experience.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, patient rights, and clinical documentation standards.
- Experience in patient relations, clinical quality, patient safety, or healthcare grievance coordination.
- Familiarity with HRT prescribing and midlife women’s health.
- Hands-on experience with Athenahealth.
- Experience with Zendesk or a comparable CRM platform.
- Experience working with electronic health records and AI-assisted tools in a technology-forward healthcare environment.
- Proven ability to translate clinical findings into scalable frameworks and processes.
- Strong communication skills for delivering feedback in a constructive, non-punitive way.
Responsibilities
- Support the triage and investigation of Tier 2 and Tier 3 patient complaints.
- Conduct comprehensive case reviews integrating clinical findings and patient experience.
- Provide clinician-facing feedback and participate in coaching conversations.
- Maintain documentation integrity in Zendesk and Athena.
- Analyze audit findings from AI-powered chart review tools to identify trends and gaps.
- Define and evolve clinical audit methodology and coaching frameworks.
- Partner with Learning & Development to design audit-based onboarding for clinicians.
