Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, filters, sorting, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
- Familiarity with Claude or other AI productivity tools.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology, including healthcare provider licenses, Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and care team structures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure high accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn healthcare operations.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily provider and coach assignments based on licensure, program type, and operational requirements.
- Monitor care team panels to ensure operational compliance regarding new hire onboarding, attrition, and PTO coverage.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and maintenance of assignment trackers and reports.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Clinical Delivery, Practice Management, and technical teams to resolve assignment queries.
- Support QA initiatives focused on cycle-time reduction and effort streamlining.
- Generate dashboards and reports to provide leadership with visibility into panel balance and assignment status.
