Requirements

  • BS/MS in Nursing.
  • 5+ years of disease-specific acute clinical care experience (Stroke, PE, STEMI, or Emergency Department).
  • 3+ years of disease-specific leadership or experience in a hospital customer success function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to aggregate and analyze data for decision-making and presentations.
  • Exceptional customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to work with new tools and technology.
  • Ability to travel at least 25% within the assigned territory.
  • Neurovascular leadership (e.g., Stroke Program Coordinator) strongly preferred.
  • Advanced disease-specific certification (SCRN/CCRN) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external users with product training, knowledge, and expertise in disease-specific care milestones.
  • Guide hospital customers through onboarding and launch processes for Rapid software solutions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key hospital stakeholders as the main point of contact.
  • Design and develop end-to-end workflows for disease-specific content.
  • Track AHA guidelines, industry standards, and trends related to disease-specific workflows.
  • Monitor and analyze hospital usage and workflow data to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Design interventions to address product adoption issues or competency gaps.
  • Create and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) using data analytics.
  • Cultivate client success stories and testimonials.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
