Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of product management experience or equivalent staff-level clinical product impact.
- Deep experience in a clinical domain, specifically cardiology or pulmonary.
- Proven track record bringing FDA-regulated or Software-as-a-Medical-Device (SaMD) products to market.
- Demonstrated experience partnering with data science teams on AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and point-of-care decision making.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives independently.
- Ability to travel up to 30% for clinician sites, conferences, and meetings.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for your area.
- Build products based on real-world clinician and customer workflows.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Partner across Data Science, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Set detection strategy across structural heart, heart failure, AFib, and pulmonary disease areas.
- Collaborate with Data Science to guide algorithm development, validation, and clinical governance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for KOLs and physicians to drive clinical trust.
