Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive product management experience.
- Experience owning complex enterprise platforms, integrations, or technically sophisticated products.
- Proven track record of leading complex platform initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Strong product fundamentals: discovery, requirements definition, and outcomes-driven prioritization.
- Strong systems thinking and decision-making rigor.
- Proven ability to set technical product direction and influence without authority.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable understanding system architecture, integration patterns, data models, and event-driven workflows.
- Ability to travel for first-week onsite onboarding in Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Envision, articulate, and deliver the platform strategy and product bets.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer and business challenges and market dynamics.
- Critically evaluate information and prioritize across competing demands.
- Own decisioning and orchestration capabilities as products.
- Own the healthcare integration layer including EHRs, HIEs, and CRMs.
- Lead build-out of integrations with partner platforms.
- Define clear product requirements for data flows and event-driven workflows.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Data Science, and AI teams.
- Mentor and coach product managers.
- Ensure product metrics tie platform investment to company-level outcomes.
