Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, recruiting, community management, marketing operations, or agency account coordination.
- Advanced English proficiency (writing, speaking, and comprehension).
- Access to fast home internet and a personal computer.
- Comfortable using AI tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build professional relationships.
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Review applications, source marketing candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Develop and improve hiring assignments and evaluation processes.
- Facilitate virtual community events, team engagement activities, and celebrations.
- Coordinate educational workshops (MyMarketer University) and update the Knowledge Hub.
- Manage onboarding, track team milestones, and organize internal operational systems.
