Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience as a recruiter
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working in a consulting company with global operations highly preferred (US, Canada)
- Experience hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering and machine learning engineers
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel and Google docs
- Pro-active and self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to work in fast-paced, growing company
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving requirements
- Detailed oriented, organized, and high-quality work
- Enthusiastic, personable, positive attitude, and high integrity
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for Tiger Analytics team in the Mexico
- Souring, screening, scheduling interviews with panel and hiring managers
- Creating and maintaining candidate pipeline for upcoming roles
- Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process
- Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions
- Interview planning, offer, negotiation with pointers from the hiring managers
- Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors
