Requirements
- 3–5+ years of DeFi product experience with a track record of building products from 0 to 1.
- Deep understanding of on-chain mechanisms including account models, transaction patterns, and cross-chain workflows.
- Proficiency with core DeFi scenarios such as self-custodial wallets, swaps, staking, and lending.
- Technical background with full-stack or backend foundation (React, Node, API, cloud architecture).
- Fluent in both Chinese and English for team and ecosystem communication.
- Strong smart-contract-first mindset regarding on-chain security.
- Proven, quantifiable track record in user growth or ecosystem integration.
- Experience building C-end consumer-grade crypto products.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex protocol and infrastructure requirements into clear product specifications.
- Design seamless user experiences for consumer-grade crypto products.
- Drive initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, and Ecosystem/BD teams.
- Build and integrate ecosystem-focused features such as onboarding, incentive systems, and partner integrations.
