Job Details

8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, integrated campaign management, or account-based marketing.
Proven track record of scaling ABM/ABX programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) targeting enterprise accounts.
Strong ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and Operations without direct authority.
Experience with enablement, sponsorship management, and performance reporting in a demand generation context.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive-ready reporting.
Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting pipeline impact to senior leadership.
Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and multi-touch attribution frameworks.
Experience with intent data activation, account scoring, and buying group engagement strategies.

Own the channel infrastructure and measurement layer for the ABX motion, tracking engagement across paid media, web, and content.
Design and deploy paid digital strategies, including channel mix, audience targeting, and third-party sponsorship management.
Build and manage digital infrastructure for personalized web experiences and retargeting for target accounts.
Develop the content strategy and persona-level messaging frameworks that underpin the ABX motion.
Partner with Revenue Operations to align intent signal strategy with account scoring and enterprise pipeline targets.
Build and maintain attribution models and reporting dashboards to optimize spend and showcase impact to leadership.
