Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of development experience.
- Strong understanding of APIs and how SaaS products integrate with client systems.
- Proficiency in HTML and JSON.
- Ability to read and understand code for troubleshooting purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues from limited information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience presenting to varied technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to align with AU business hours (9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
Responsibilities
- Design, coordinate, and execute client product integrations.
- Conduct onboarding meetings and train clients on products and services.
- Provide ongoing technical support to resolve integration queries and technical issues.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical business stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis and maintain client records in the CRM.
- Monitor client environments and conduct regular health checks to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal development and sales teams to ensure successful implementations.
