Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting for enterprise, high-ARR accounts.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or the security industry.
- Strong technical foundation in application security, software supply chains, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to build trust and influence at the VP or C-level.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a track record of handling multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Ability to analyze usage data to quantify value and inform commercial recommendations.
- Consultative mindset with experience in diagnosing program maturity.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical details for executive audiences.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline workflows and meeting preparation.
Responsibilities
- Own a defined, high-ARR book of business to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Act as a strategic partner to security and engineering stakeholders to align the platform with business outcomes.
- Communicate value through structured business reviews and analysis of adoption trends.
- Manage comprehensive account plans and coordinate multi-workstream initiatives.
- Guide customers through rollout plans, SDLC integration, and security policy implementation.
- Proactively identify and manage account risks to prevent escalation.
- Provide high-level consulting on AppSec strategy and program maturity.
