Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, including early-stage or startup environments.
- Previous professional software engineering experience or substantial hands-on coding experience.
- Experience building technical products for developers, engineering teams, or technical users.
- Proven ability to translate customer problems and technical concepts into clear product specifications.
- Experience prioritizing work across multiple teams and competing customer needs.
- Strong understanding of software development workflows, Git, source control, and modern developer tooling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and qualitative feedback to drive pragmatic product decisions.
- Ability to work effectively with significant Eastern Time zone overlap (at least 20 hours/week).
Responsibilities
- Identify priorities and organize customer and product feedback across several engineering teams.
- Define clear product requirements, specifications, and success criteria based on customer problems.
- Guide products through the experimental, beta, and general availability lifecycle.
- Represent the product in discussions with customers, engineering leaders, and developers to evaluate implementation tradeoffs.
- Communicate product value and strategy to internal and external stakeholders, including Marketing and Go-To-Market teams.
- Establish scalable systems for product discovery, feedback management, launch planning, and iteration.
