Requirements
- Significant experience in product management with direct ownership of a critical product domain.
- Proven track record of connecting product outcomes to commercial results such as ARR, retention, or expansion.
- Experience with 0-to-1 product development in a complex, experience-driven space.
- Demonstrable experience building agentic or AI-powered products.
- Strong written communication skills including the ability to write strategy docs, PRDs, and decision memos.
- Experience working alongside enterprise buying motions and commercial teams.
- Ability to operate with autonomy on both the strategy and execution of product initiatives.
- High bar for quality and user experience in real-time or agentic products.
Responsibilities
- Own the multi-quarter strategy for a domain within this new product bet by setting direction and identifying problems to solve.
- Define and evolve success metrics for the domain to ensure alignment with retention, expansion, and revenue impact.
- Understand customer needs to translate them into clear product direction.
- Drive a shared understanding of product trajectory across engineering, design, R&D, and commercial counterparts.
- Produce written strategy docs and PRDs to facilitate clear decision-making.
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term product health through data-driven iteration.
- Mentor IC5 PMs and contribute to product practice and hiring.
