Requirements
- 4+ years of experience recruiting technical talent, preferably within a staffing, recruiting agency, or RPO environment.
- Proven experience hiring Software Engineers, Data Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, QA Engineers, or similar technical profiles.
- Strong understanding of modern software development concepts, technologies, and engineering roles.
- Professional-level English (written and spoken).
- Professional-level Spanish (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Comfortable working in a highly autonomous, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for software engineering, data, AI, cloud, DevOps, product, and other technical roles.
- Partner directly with international clients to understand business needs, technical requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Conduct high-quality recruiter interviews, evaluating both technical backgrounds and soft skills.
- Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and proactive talent mapping.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
- Provide consultative hiring recommendations backed by market knowledge and structured candidate assessments.
- Collaborate with our sourcing team to continuously improve pipeline quality and hiring efficiency.
- Leverage AI tools to improve recruiter productivity, candidate evaluation, documentation, and workflow automation.
- Maintain excellent ATS hygiene and ensure accurate hiring metrics throughout the recruitment process.
