Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or hybrid PM/PO roles in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to drive execution across multiple releases, including writing own requirements
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with high delivery expectations
- Experience applying AI tools (e.g., LLMs, analytics, or automation) to improve product decisions
- Ability to manage competing priorities with limited guidance in resource-constrained environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and user-centric thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a remote-first, globally distributed team environment
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of product initiatives across multiple Scrum teams
- Write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Act as the primary point of contact for two Scrum teams for prioritization and decision-making
- Manage and refine the product backlog aligned with roadmap goals
- Remove blockers and address delivery risks
- Partner with sales, customer success, and support to gather requirements
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research
- Define success metrics and evaluate product performance
- Lead sprint ceremonies including planning, grooming, and reviews
- Test, validate, and iterate on features with engineering and QA
