Requirements
- 0.5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the software industry.
- Upper-intermediate English level (B2-B2+).
- Experience with technical product support and troubleshooting.
- Experience delivering software training using online tools.
- Knowledge of web-based technologies including HTML, XML, and CSS.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using JIRA to manage projects, tickets, and tasks.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Configure form build solutions to digitize customer processes.
- Build and maintain configurations for workflows and data mapping.
- Participate in regular status calls and internal project meetings.
- Update Project Managers on configuration progress and potential implementation roadblocks.
- Assist in pre-go-live user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve reported issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for form configurations.
- Track implementation progress and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
