Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B software sales experience.
- 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams and Sales Engineering or technical pre-sales organizations.
- Deep experience selling SaaS platforms to healthcare organizations (physician practices, hospitals, MSOs).
- Expertise in healthcare operations, EHR/EMR systems, Practice Management, and Revenue Cycle Management.
- Strong technical aptitude regarding cloud technologies, APIs, integrations, and AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards: HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, OAuth, and SSO.
- Proven ability to build scalable sales processes and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IS, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Lead, recruit, and coach a high-performing team of Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and BDRs.
- Establish pipeline management, KPIs, and forecasting processes.
- Lead complex healthcare integration discussions involving APIs, HL7, FHIR, and SSO.
- Oversee technical demonstrations, solution architecture, and RFP responses.
- Position AI-powered capabilities as practical solutions for healthcare workflow automation.
- Build relationships with healthcare executives, physicians, and IT leaders.
