- Proven experience developing and maintaining professional relationships.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in deciphering reports, dashboards, and creating presentations.
- Experience managing compliance with CMS regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and operational oversight capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage all Enrollment and Billing operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of member information.
- Oversee incoming mailroom activities, including scanning, sorting, and routing.
- Direct BPaas vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs, compliance, and performance expectations.
- Act as point of contact for Medicare Program Audits, CMS Attestations, and regulatory guidance implementation.
- Partner with internal teams to develop audit and oversight plans for enrollment and billing functions.
- Analyze vendor performance, maintain scorecards, and resolve complex operational issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency and member experience.
