SalaryThe base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. In addition to the base salary, this position has a commission component for a total OTE of $100,000 - $110,000

Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years experience in sales, recruiting or SDR role in a quota carrying performance based environment.
- Strong communication & presentation skills with the ability to convert datasets into digestible insights and actionable decisions.
- Comfortable with a high volume of calls, emails, appointments, and follow-up tasks.
- Ability to manage tasks independently without constant direct supervision.
- Proficiency with Outreach.io.
- Proficiency with Hubspot.
- Proficiency with GSuite.
- Experience selling to or recruiting providers (doctors, nurses, therapists, specialists) is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Recruit licensed therapists to join the BetterHelp network to work with insurance clients.
- Manage the full recruitment process through emails, phone appointments, follow-up calls, and text messages.
- Coordinate with the Onboarding and Credentialing Team to complete the onboarding process successfully.
- Continually strive to optimize recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to expand access to therapy.
