Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years teaching experience in a K-12 setting.
- Experience in educational professional development (strongly preferred).
- Department- or school-level leadership background (a plus).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude.
- Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficiency in Google Apps and Zoom.
- Ability to travel (up to 60% during peak season).
- Must live close to a major airport.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a product expert, providing educators with implementation strategies tailored to their unique classroom needs.
- Partner with school and district leaders to plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development.
- Travel to facilitate in-person professional development sessions to schools and districts (up to 60% travel during back-to-school season; up to 40% remainder of the year).
- Set up, host, and present at regional IXL Live events, working with the events team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support schools piloting IXL.
- Partner with customer success and sales team members to manage and grow customer relationships.
