Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years teaching experience in a K-12 setting
  • Educational professional development experience strongly preferred
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: dynamic, enthusiastic, upbeat, and collaborative
  • Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
  • Experience using Google Apps and Zoom
  • Must live close to a major airport

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a product expert, providing educators with implementation strategies tailored to their unique classroom needs
  • Partner with school and district leaders to plan and deliver virtual and in-person professional development that supports a successful IXL implementation
  • Travel to facilitate in-person professional development sessions to schools and districts – up to 60% possible travel during back-to-school season and up to 40% the remainder of the year
  • Set up, host, and present at regional IXL Live events, working closely with our events team to ensure a seamless and engaging experience
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support schools piloting IXL
  • Partner with customer success and sales team members to effectively manage and grow customer relationships
