Requirements

  • Strong ability to learn complex products quickly and build credibility through exploration and documentation.
  • Experience teaching complex concepts, systems, or products via live sessions or writing.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to distill complicated information into clear, useful content.
  • Comfortable recording voiceovers for customer-facing learning assets.
  • Proven capability to own projects end-to-end from problem framing through build and launch.
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts to extract information efficiently.
  • Good judgment regarding content scope, depth, and optimization for speed vs. detail.
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing several projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

  • Own net-new customer education work from concept through publication, including courses, playbooks, recordings, and other learning assets.
  • Define the goal and shape of each learning asset, gather input, design the approach, and build it.
  • Refresh and improve existing Academy content to align with current product workflows.
  • Translate complex product workflows into clear, practical, outcome-oriented education.
  • Partner cross-functionally with CS, Product, PMM, and RecOps Consultants to identify high-value education opportunities.
  • Contribute to systems, standards, and workflows that help Customer Education scale.
  • Explore adjacent formats like lighter-weight tutorials and in-app guidance.
