SalaryBase salary: $125,000–$150,000, commensurate with experience. On-target earnings (OTE): approximately $250,000, with uncapped commission.

Job Details

3+ years of sales experience in behavioral health, with RCM experience preferred.
Documented track record of hitting or exceeding sales quota.
Direct experience working in addiction treatment operations (e.g., admissions, billing, or clinical support) is preferred.
Consultative, solution-oriented selling style.
Ability to translate complex RCM concepts into operator-friendly language.
Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort presenting to owners and executives.
Self-directed and disciplined to thrive in a fully remote role.
Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Own and grow a pipeline of addiction treatment centers, from initial outreach through signed contract and successful onboarding handoff.
Build authentic, trust-based relationships with facility owners, executives, and clinical and operational leaders.
Run a consultative sales process to diagnose revenue cycle pain points and translate solutions into operational and financial impact.
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to behavioral health billing and operations.
Ensure prospects are thoroughly qualified and deals are constructed to achieve client and company objectives.
Consistently meet or exceed targets while maintaining accurate updates and CRM hygiene.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally to product, operations, and leadership teams.
Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
