Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- At least 2+ years in backend, platform, or developer-facing tooling.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Golang.
- Experience shipping developer-facing tooling.
- Understanding of GitLab-style development workflows (issues, epics, merge requests, CI/CD).
- Ability to work in cross-functional environments across multiple platform teams.
- Experience with structured content systems, schemas, or validation tooling.
- Experience with AI/agentic systems (e.g., DAP, ADK, LangGraph) is highly valued.
- Experience integrating with LLM APIs is highly valued.
- Background in developer experience or platform engineering is highly valued.
- PostgreSQL or other relational database experience is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Platform Readiness team's agentic workflows on the Duo Agent Platform.
- Evolve the platform requirements knowledge base through schema design and CI system integration.
- Build integration surfaces that enable feature teams to engage the Platform Readiness team via existing tools like issues and merge requests.
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and data teams to translate their expertise into structured requirements and validation logic.
- Contribute to the quality control feedback loop by surfacing assessment errors and measuring guidance relevance.
- Mentor other engineers on the team in agentic-workflow standards, prompt discipline, and evaluation methodology.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architectural decision records.
