Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience with a backend focus.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/Node, Python, or Golang.
- Experience reading and contributing to schemas such as YAML or JSON Schema.
- Operational exposure to Kubernetes and experience reasoning about failure modes.
- Ability to work asynchronously and communicate clearly in written form.
- Experience with LLM APIs, prompts, or agentic frameworks.
- Familiarity with Ruby is highly valued.
- Experience with GitLab-style development workflows is highly valued.
- Hands-on experience with agentic workflow frameworks like LangGraph is a plus.
- Strong observability instincts and experience measuring system behavior.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain agentic workflow components on the Duo Agent Platform (DAP), including core workflows and requirements agents.
- Contribute to the platform requirements knowledge base by evolving schemas and improving validation tooling.
- Build integration surfaces that enable feature teams to engage with readiness tooling within issues, merge requests, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and data teams to translate domain expertise into platform readiness artifacts.
- Write clear documentation and evaluations to validate agentic-workflow behavior and improve assessment accuracy.
