Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in digital/search advertising, or platform/account management.
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently at the executive level.
- Deep experience in ecommerce advertising platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Pacvue, Criteo, or CitrusAds.
- Proven track record in customer success, consulting, or pre-sales roles.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional and product roadmap decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong executive presence.
- Comfort operating independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to operate effectively in both tactical and strategic modes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives.
- Moderate to strong Excel skills.
- Familiarity with Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and other display offerings is a strong plus.
- Experience with social commerce platforms, like TikTok, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex, variable account challenges across multiple products and markets in parallel.
- Drive account growth and expansion by developing and executing account plans for enterprise clients.
- Own the end-to-end customer experience, building scalable frameworks and playbooks for the team.
- Lead executive-level client engagements and escalations autonomously.
- Serve as a subject-matter resource on the Pacvue platform and retail media landscape.
- Translate client feedback into actionable input for Product and Engineering roadmaps.
- Mentor peers and drive process improvements across the CS team.
- Educate users on platform features and provide escalation support for technical issues.
- Create product reports and document software errors for developers.
