Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 years of experience in a direct B2B sales role.
- 2 years of experience managing pipeline forecasting or account management within the senior living or LTC sector.
- 2 years of experience in a cross-functional/collaborative team environment.
- Proven experience in new sales pipeline management, upselling, and client retention.
- Deep understanding of LTC service offerings and the competitive pharmacy landscape.
- Experience planning and executing marketing and sales campaigns.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Basic skill level in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 65% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new customers and expand existing accounts in collaboration with the Business Development Associate and Associate Vice Presidents.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to the Business Development Associate to maximize sales effectiveness.
- Partner cross-functionally to implement growth initiatives and ensure seamless new business onboarding for assisted living chains.
- Manage and maintain CRM databases with competitive data, customer profiling, and strategic planning details.
- Act as a liaison between inside sales and regional client managers to facilitate smooth client transitions.
- Analyze industry data sets to identify profitable assisted living target accounts.
- Drive continuous improvement through the review of client feedback and development of sector-specific growth strategies.
