- Genuinely strong writing skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience utilizing AI tools for outreach and research.
- Ability to work autonomously and own a channel.
- Pride in writing quality over mass-volume outreach.
Responsibilities
- Research contacts by reviewing published work or sponsor pipelines to identify specific, meaningful details.
- Write short, persuasive, and personalized first emails and follow-ups.
- Build and manage sequences in the sending platform.
- Read and handle replies to book intro calls for the sales team.
- Test and improve campaigns using split tests and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the dev team to improve list-scraping and outreach infrastructure.
