Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
- 2–4 years of experience in HRIS Implementation, Support, or as an End User.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and UAT.
- Workday Core HCM Certification (required).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze root causes.
- Self-management skills with the ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and a client-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specifications.
- Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.
- Configure and test Workday modules to meet client requirements.
- Perform or support data migration activities.
- Conduct end-to-end system demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review.
- Deliver end-user training on various Workday modules.
- Prepare BRDs, training materials, and comprehensive project documentation.
- Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs and implement minor enhancements.
