Requirements
- Solid understanding of media planning and buying systems (digital and traditional).
- Experience with digital media platforms and media activity reporting.
- Familiarity with the advertising or media industry.
- Technical aptitude and ability to explain technology in simple terms.
- Analytical and logical problem-solving mindset.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Excel, Jira, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of customer service principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Must have access to permanent, reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage client project deliverables from initiation to completion.
- Conduct workshops to align products with client requirements and document product gaps.
- Build API integrations with media platforms in collaboration with the product owner.
- Demonstrate software products during showcase sessions.
- Test product functionality, report bugs, and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
- Deliver training sessions for clients.
- Monitor project deadlines, budgets, and the product roadmap.
