Senior Production Consultant - LATAM & APAC

Collaborate with the existing software consultant to provide end-to-end consulting services, from requirements gathering to solution deployment
Analyze client business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
Configure, implement, and optimize software solutions
Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to clients
Participate in workshops, presentations, and client meetings (preferably in both English and Spanish)
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the support and development teams
Stay current with product capabilities, industry trends, and best practices
Lead change management efforts to ensure effective adoption of new solutions
