Requirements
- Solid understanding of media planning and buying systems, including digital and traditional media.
- Proven experience with digital media platforms and reporting.
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Jira, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
- Knowledge of professional customer service principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connectivity for remote work.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professional interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage client project deliverables from initiation to completion.
- Provide remote and onsite consultation and support to clients.
- Conduct workshops to understand client requirements and identify product gaps.
- Build integrations with media platforms using API technology.
- Work with product owners to ensure design and development accuracy.
- Demonstrate products in showcase sessions.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing and report bugs.
- Train clients on product usage.
- Maintain alignment with project deadlines, budgets, and the product roadmap.
