Requirements
- Proven experience with media planning and buying across digital and traditional media.
- Familiarity with the advertising or media industry.
- Technical aptitude and ability to build API integrations.
- Proficiency in Excel, Jira, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and administrative skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in English.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated sense of accountability and ownership.
- Reliable high-speed internet connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage client project deliverables from initiation through to completion.
- Conduct workshops to understand media planning and buying product requirements.
- Build integrations with media platforms using API technology.
- Demonstrate products to clients in showcase sessions.
- Conduct training sessions and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Test and report on product bugs while managing project deadlines and budgets.
