Requirements
- 8+ years in hotel connectivity roles with technical and commercial accountability.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end API integrations with bed banks, wholesalers, and OTAs.
- Expertise in property mapping, real-time availability, rates, inventory synchronization, and error resolution.
- Demonstrated track record of designing and executing strategic priorities.
- Ability to collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering to influence roadmaps.
- Strong skills in analyzing, structuring, and negotiating complex commercial deals.
- Experience performing data analysis to inform business decision-making.
- C-suite level presentation and influencing skills with strong executive presence.
- Proactive self-starter with ability to manage work autonomously.
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop partnership roadmaps, supply strategies, and optimization programs with hotel groups.
- Manage the stability, reliability, and growth of API connections with third-party inventory partners.
- Define objectives and KPIs to support business goals and enterprise partner needs.
- Analyze market trends, performance data, and growth opportunities to expand supply and revenue.
- Monitor commercial agreements and SLAs to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to drive technical feasibility and roadmap enhancements.
- Lead business reviews and presentations for internal and external executive stakeholders.
- Partner with Market Management to execute large-scale initiatives and improve property performance.
