Requirements
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET, and C#.
- Proficiency in MSSQL database management.
- Strong front-end skills including React, JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with Azure cloud platform and DevOps practices.
- Experience leveraging AI as a productivity multiplier in software engineering.
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including SOLID principles and design patterns.
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end features or services of low to moderate complexity.
- Familiarity with system architecture concepts.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established design patterns and coding conventions.
- Develop low to moderately complex features and components with guidance from experienced peers.
- Participate in code reviews to improve code quality, diagnosability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and technical leads to understand and implement business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing code and operational consistency.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing around engineering principles like security and scalability.
- Leverage AI software engineering tools to improve velocity and test coverage.
